This year’s Fairville Fun Fair is on Saturday, April 21st from 11 a.m. – 3 p.m.
Given the current forecast for rain on Sunday, the Fun Fair will be held rain or shine on Saturday, April 21. In case of rain, games, crafts, silent auction and entertainment will be set up inside the school building. We're looking forward to a great time rain or shine!Many of you have been to the Fair before. If you have not – It is great fun for the whole family and admission is free. Held on the beautiful Fairville grounds, activities include moon bounces*, pony rides*, face painting*, games*, arts & crafts*, live music, great food and more! The silent auction will once again be a highlight as the school has received many amazing donations. You won’t want to miss it!

]]>Fairville Fun Fair 2012 Business Sponsorship
Fairville Friends School, located in Chadds Ford, PA, is a small non-profit preschool which aspires to nurture and creatively educate young children in the Friends tradition. Fairville's preschool programs incorporate the Quaker values of simplicity, peace, integrity, community, equality and stewardship. Children are nurtured in body, mind and spirit by experiences that speak to their physical, cognitive, social, emotional, and creative development.
To keep our tuition as low as possible while maintaining a high-quality preschool experience, we hold a major fundraising event, the Fairville Fun Fair, each spring. The Fun Fair is a family-centered event with crafts, music, food and activities for families with young children. This year it will be held on Saturday, April 21st (rain date April 22nd).
As part of the Fair, we publish a Fairville Business and Family Sponsor Book. The Sponsor Book allows local businesses to advertise to families in the area while showing their support for the school. The book is distributed to all fairgoers, primarily families with young children from the local area. Fair attendance is typically between 400-600 people. Businesses that purchase ads may choose the Appreciation Banner option to have a banner displayed at the Fair as well.
In addition, the Fair features a silent auction, which has become one of our most popular events. If you choose to donate to the silent auction, you may receive discounted advertising rates. Fairville Friends School is a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization, and silent auctions donations are tax deductible.

Winter Share - 10 weeks beginning mid-January.
This season offers a "Pantry Share" which includes 5-9 vegetable items which can include microgreens, baby lettuces, carrots, potatoes, onions, beets and other vegetables. It also includes a dairy item like milk, butter, yogurt or cheese, and bi-weekly eggs and canned items (vegan options too!). Please note that there is one size share offered in the winter and Meat and Bread shares are also available.
